	Our imaginative architects will listen carefully to your brief and requirements then create a number of initial design ideas for you to choose from. At that point we will be able to give you an idea of the build cost, which should start at around 6 million baht for a single storey home. A full set of working drawings will be created once you have chosen a particular design and layout.


	Once the working drawings for your home are complete you then have two options, we can either give you an exact price to build your new home or you are free to engage another builder. We will however insist on supervising the construction for 15% of the build cost, this is to ensure that no corners are cut and the high standards associated with Bellevue Heights are maintained.
