	Having the ability to choose a plot without a pre-designed house on it is just one of the things that make Bellevue Heights unique.


	Everyone has different tastes and requirements and we realise you need the freedom to design your own bespoke home. Plots 1 – 8 have been designated for single storey homes whilst the remaining plots, 9 – 34 can be two storeys. At the time of printing this brochure many of the plots have already been sold but you will notice some of the plots are outlined in grey, this is where individuals have purchased more than one plot enabling them to create a truly magnificent home tailored to their own specific requirements. Land is sold in square wah and there are approx 4 sq m, to a sq wah, 400 sq wah is called a Rai.


	Like most Asian countries, Thailand currently does not allow a foreigner to actually own land but you are allowed to be granted a 30 year lease on the land with an option to renew the lease for a further 30 years.
